COMPETITION RULES « Speroni d'Oro 2027»
Article 1 : Organisation of the GameThe owner of the Speroni d’Oro holiday villa, situated at 51 Speroni d’Oro, 74040 San Pietro in Bevagna – hereinafter referred to as the organiser – is organising a free competition with no obligation to purchase, entitled ‘ Try your luck in Puglia’ (the competition title).
The Competition takes place exclusively online at the following address: https://speronid'oro.com, and is promoted via Facebook, Instagram and their associated platforms.
Article 2 : Game DatesThe game will run from 1 November 2026 at 07:00 to 1 March 2027 at 23:00 (Manduria time).
Article 3 : Participation ConditionsThis competition is open to any individual of legal age residing in Europe, excluding staff members of the Organiser and their immediate family.
Entry is limited to one entry per person (same name, same email address) throughout the duration of the competition.
Article 4 : Terms and conditions of participationTo take part, users must go online and follow the steps below before the closing date:

[Step 2]: Enter a valid email address / Follow the organiser’s account.
[Step 3]: [Optional: Answer the 5 questions]. Any entry that is incomplete, incorrect or submitted after the deadline will be considered invalid.
Article 5 : The PrizeThe competition offers the following prize: a 7-night stay for up to 6 people at the Speroni d’Oro villa.
The prize includes: a week’s hire of the Speroni d’Oro holiday home.
The prize does not include: transport to the holiday destination, meals at the property, or personal expenses].
Approximate retail value of the prize: €840 including VAT.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-modifiable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The holiday must be taken during the week of 10 May 2026 to 17 May 2026 or from 16 October 2027 to 23 October 2027.
Article 6 : Selection of the winner and presentation of the prizeThe winner will be selected by a prize draw to be held on 1 March 2027, from all valid entries.
The winner will be notified by the Organiser via email within a maximum of 3 days following the prize draw.
The winner must reply within 5 days to confirm acceptance of their prize, provide their contact details and confirm their identity.
If no reply is received within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
The electronic holiday voucher will be sent to the winner by email.
Article 7 : Personal DataPersonal data collected in connection with the Competition is processed by the Organiser in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This data is required to register entries and to award the prize.
In accordance with the law, participants have the right to access, rectify and erase data concerning them, which they may exercise by writing to: speronidoro@gmail.com
Article 8 : Disputes and liabilityParticipation in this game implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
The Organiser shall not be held liable if, due to force majeure or technical problems beyond its control, the Game has to be amended, shortened or cancelled.
These rules are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute arising in connection with this Game shall be subject to an attempt at amicable settlement before any legal action is taken
